As part of our Geography topic, ‘Birmingham, Our City’, Year 3 took their learning outside the classroom and explored our local village!
As part of this fieldwork, they looked for features that make Marston Green a great place to live, including houses, shops, green spaces and places to meet. 🏘️🛍️🚄
The children also put their SMART behaviour into practice by walking sensibly, staying together and showing respect for our local community. 🌟

Year 4 had a fantastic time exploring the fascinating world of sound today! They discovered how sound is made, how it travels through different materials and even had a go at creating their own Morse Code messages. We were amazed by how much there is to learn about sound! 🎶🔬🫧
