Here's the class schedule for the New Year, some beginners classes for people to take some mindful time for themselves during the winter months.
It's a gentle start back for me after taking time off to have treatment for cancer again, and I'll be working whilst continuing with a less harsh treatment for 2026. It's not what anyone (including my medical team) expected after an eight year remission, but yet again I'm the unusual patient - so special đŸ˜† I'm so grateful to again have treatment options to help further manage an incurable condition.
For my improver students, let me know what you'd like to learn next, because the schedule for March and April are going to centre on courses for you guys.
