Merry Christmas to you all! Apologies it's been a bit quiet here on the Yambino front lately.
We've made the tough decision to take a break from the Monday class for the foreseeable future although if there is enough interest would be willing to hold holiday classes.
Thank you so much to all of those that have supported us, I cannot tell you how much me and my little Yambino have appreciated it.
Have a very happy and healthy 2019 and we look forward to new projects and seeing you again soon # # #

Best week so far! What wonderful decorations our little Yambinos have created today, paint, mess and even a bit of Mariah playing in the background. It's definitely beginning to feel a bit like Christmas! Well done and thank you so much for all of your hard work!

One Of Our (balloon) Dinosaurs Is Missing! Well, temporarily which is why there was a slight delay on the updates this week! Who would have thought we'd find him lurking behind the sofa (possibly hiding from a hungry, teething baby 😮). What I'm looking for now is name suggestions for our new prehistoric friends, top prizes for the best suggestions...
Ollie, 'Topsy' was the name of 'My Petsaurus'!
Woohoo! Another totally ROARSOME! (Ha ha!) class tomorrow at Crafty Yambinos, we're making balloon dinosaurs, ROOOOAAAAAAR! Other animals, extinct or otherwise are available...along with the chocolate digestives 😋
I don't want to upset anyone but it looks like there's just over 6 weeks to go until Christmas...ok, don't shout, I have something that will ease the stress!
Here's the breakdown of classes for the next few weeks at Crafty Yambinos, join us for creative mess making, tea and Christmas shopping tips. Alright so I may have twisted the truth about that last one. What I really meant was 'eating mince pies'...
12th November - Dinosaur and animal balloons
19th November - Christmas decorations
26th November - Calendar making
3rd December - Dough craft - wear protective clothes!
10th December - Christmas cards
17th December - Party and posing!
Hope to see you there soon xx

Here’s to another flaming success today (flaming, get it?!) at our little craft class with some sparkling firework artwork...
Note to self, when you advise other parents to bring old clothes for their children in case they get covered in paint, don't forget to include your own child in that too. Cue our 10 month old putting a new pair of penguin slippers in bright orange paint. After pouring half a bottle of semi skimmed milk over himself too...🙈
Evening all, we have a firework and paint spectacular tomorrow at Crafty Yambinos, what could possibly go wrong?! Seriously though, we need as many little helpers as possible for some very messy hand print pictures. Bring spare clothes and a hose!
10-11 am St Gregory's Hall, Wigorn Road. See you there!
Alas, no Crafty Yambinos this week, we're spending part of half term trying to decide what to carve into the pumpkin and the other half trying to decide what to cook with the scoopings. Pumpkin pie, pumpkin risotto or stick it in the compost and go for fish finger sandwiches instead? Answers on a post card please...See you on the 5th November for some bonfire night inspired craft x
If you really do need a bit of Yambino action this week though, there's our cinema club on Saturday in collaboration with Infamous Community Arts. 10-12 at Izons Industrial Estate, Oldbury. Like the 'proper' cinema but without the fear of keeping quiet or your kids from roaming around. Result!

Well tickle me with a Gladioli and call me Charlie Dimmock what fabulous tiny gardens we created this morning at Crafty Yambinos! Palm trees from Pineapple Sage, rockeries from raisins and who could resist the lure of the blue pasta fountains? Sounds like a scene from a Tim Burton film...
This just in, I found the yogurt picture from last week lurking behind a warm radiator. Do you want the good news?? IT DIDN'T SMELL! Mamma Yambino is chuffed ☺️
Huge thank you for my intrepid gardeners this morning, double high fives and Jammy Dodgers all round xx
