This is the page for the Queen's Foundation. We like difference! If you are passionate for God's work in God's world, then join us.

At Queen’s we recognise that God made the world to be full of creativity and difference. Our differences help us to know ourselves better, see God more clearly, love God more deeply, and learn how to serve God’s people.

We are pleased to announce a new programme at The Queen's Foundation, designed to support dioceses in equipping Anglican clergy ordained overseas as they prepare to begin ministry within The Church of England.

Delivered through four Saturday sessions on a rolling basis, the programme explores key aspects of ministry in the Church of England where they differ from ministry experience elsewhere in the Anglican Communion.

The first sessions will take place from October 2026, with clergy able to join the programme at different points during the year.

To enquire or register, please contact Revd Pat Lenton de Dickin at [email protected]

Congratulations to former student Revd Anne Abok on her ordination as Priest. Queen’s folks were out in force to support Anne on this very special occasion. We continue to pray for Anne.

At our end-of-year celebration, some of our student cohorts gathered for photos as they prepare to take up new roles or return to their contexts to serve The Church of England, The Methodist Church, Pentecostal churches, and other denominations in communities across the country and beyond.

The diversity captured in these images was beautifully echoed in the floral arrangements for the day. As she carefully planned them, our talented floral designer, Margaret Rumens, shared that she had included flowers from every continent to reflect the rich diversity of the Queen’s community.

A fitting tribute to a learning community where people from different backgrounds, traditions, and cultures come together to learn, worship, and be formed.

What a wonderful day we shared at the Foundation Celebration!

We were delighted to welcome friends, family members, and supporters as we celebrated the achievements of our students and commissioned our leavers as they prepare to embark on the next stage of their ministry, serving communities across the country in response to God's call.

The day was filled with joy, gratitude, reflection, and hope as we gave thanks for all that God has done during their time at Queen’s and looked ahead to what lies before them.

Our heartfelt thanks go to everyone who contributed to making the day so special.

👀Look out for more photos to come 🤩
