It is important for us to create the right environment for the children in our care where they feel safe, loved and are able to thrive. This starts at recruitment; making sure we select the best, ensuring the right checks are done and when we select our staff, they are trained and supported. All care staff hold a relevant childcare qualification and as a management team we encourage personal and career development which also require a long term commitment to training. To further secure children we ensure that the child:adult ratio meets or exceeds requirements set out by Ofsted. reserves the right to remove any posts to this page which may be deemed inappropriate.
