Welcome to Freddie’s Play Pad, an exciting interactive soft play experience for babies, toddlers and pre-school children.

You’ll find us hopping around every week for fun play sessions in Balsall Common, Hockley Heath and Hobs Moat, Solihull. Here at Freddie’s Play Pad we offer a choice of 2 daily sessions to fit in with your busy lifestyle. Our first session starts at 9.30am, our second session begins at 11.15am. Each session is 90 minutes of fun for you and your little one. We visit a different venue Monday, Tuesda

y, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday which offer a wide range of exciting and engaging soft play equipment and toys. Your children can enjoy playing in a safe and welcoming environment. Our sessions are designed to support the Early Years Foundation Stage Framework which is the curriculum used within nursery settings. As well as having fun, this means that your child will also learn in a supportive way, giving them a great head start for their learning years to come. What is there to do at Freddie’s Play Pad? We’re passionate about fun and want children to have a great time when they visit Freddie’s Play Pad! The centre piece to our sessions is a large soft play area which is sure to be a big hit with all children. This fantastic play zone offers the chance for your child to let off some steam while playing with their new friends. Toddlers can climb, hide, bounce and explore our bright soft play equipment in safe surroundings. Navigating tunnels, wave mats, steps and slides, your child will gain self confidence while developing their motor skills, imagination and independence. Our baby area is especially suitable for younger infants with baby mats and support cushions and provides a comfortable spot where breast feeding Mums are welcomed. Our reading corner is great for our more curious pre-schoolers who enjoy books and a chance to relax on a squishy bean bag. And the fun doesn’t stop there – towards the end of the session we gather the children in a large circle on soft mats for Freddie’s circle time where we sing songs to send your little Froglets home with a big smile on their face. And it’s not all about the kids – Freddie’s Play Pad is a great place for you to socialise and enjoy a lovely cuppa, toast (and maybe even some cake!) with friends whilst having a catch up and sharing tips.

🌞 Summer Holiday Fun at Freddie’s Play Pad! 🌞

We’re so excited to let you know that Freddie’s Play Pad Stay & Play will be open every Wednesday and Friday throughout the summer holidays at Hobs Moat, starting Wednesday 29th July! 🎉

Every session includes:
🎈 A bouncy castle
🧸 Soft play
🎭 Role play
🎵 Song time
💚 And all the usual Freddie’s Play Pad fun!

School-age children aged 6 and under are welcome, as long as they are happy to play sensibly alongside our younger visitors.

It’s so sad when we see the children move on to nursery and school but we wish everyone all the best and we have loved watching them grow from babies to school age! ☺️
