As information becomes available regarding the Governments support to help parents with childcare fees we will pass this onto you. The latest update has been given today. For more information visit www.childcarechoices.gov.uk

From 2nd January, if you are an eligible working parent with a child who turns two before 31st March, you can apply for 15 hours funded childcare per week to start in April 2024. You will be able to apply for your 15 hours by visiting the existing application webpage. We recommend you do so between mid-January and the end of February to get your code in good time and avoid having to renew registration ahead of the start of the offer in April.

Funding is applicable for 38 weeks of the year but at Coppice Childcare we can offer all year round childcare and will stretch the funding received. Give us a call to ask for our stretched funding offer.

This is part of the biggest ever investment in childcare in England, which is set to save working parents using 30 funded hours up to £6,500 per year from September 2025, so you can juggle the job you want with being a parent.

From Apr 2024 - Up to 15 hours for eligible working families in England with a 2-year-old.
From Sept 2024 - Up to 15 hours for eligible working families in England with a child between 9 and 23 months old.
From Sept 2025 - Up to 30 hours for eligible working families in England with a child from 9 months old up to school age.
