⭐ Highlight of the week: Client Spotlight, A Full Week of Onsite Forklift Training in Walsall This week we were busy in Walsall with a full week of onsite forklift training covering four different course types: Counterbalance Refresher, Combined Counterbalance & Reach Truck conversion, Combined Counterbalance & Reach Truck Refresher, and a Counterbalance back-to-back conversion. It's a great example of how quickly we can build a tailored onsite training programme around a client's specific mix of trucks and operators.

This week's feedback comes from Reza Animpor, who recently completed his Reach Truck Novice course onsite with our medical healthcare distributor client in Birmingham.

This was another example of our ability to deliver training around our clients' operations, with Olly delivering the training during a shift, helping operators access quality training without disrupting the working day.

A genuinely busy week for Peterborough: Counterbalance Novice training ran through the week, alongside a Counterbalance Refresher and a Reach Truck back-to-back conversion — before a weekend Powered Pallet Truck conversion course rounded things off.

⭐ Highlight of the week: Multi-Truck Onsite Training, A Big Week for One Client Our medical healthcare distributor client kept our onsite team especially busy this week. Alongside Reach Truck Novice training delivered as evening sessions by two of our instructors, we also ran a Reach Truck Refresher session and a VNA conversion course at the same site. It's a good example of how a single client relationship can grow to cover multiple truck categories and shift patterns, all built around their own operational needs rather than a one-size-fits-all schedule.

⭐ of the week: Night Shift Forklift Training, A Seamless Handover One of our onsite Counterbalance Experienced courses this week ran as a night shift session for our medical healthcare distributor client started by one instructor and completed by another, without missing a beat. It's a good example of how builds onsite training around a business's own operating hours, rather than asking candidates to fit around ours, and shows the coordination behind keeping a course consistent even when more than one instructor is involved.

This week's feedback comes from Sharan Senthikumar, who recently completed his RTITB-accredited Counterbalance & Reach Truck Novice course at our Peterborough training centre with our senior instructor, Doug.

And this one is extra special - Sharan completed his training alongside his dad, Abdul Wahab, making it a fantastic opportunity for them to learn a new skill together. 👏

This week's forklift training updates from 4KS include some added cause for celebration: our annual RTITB audit resulted in zero shortfalls once again. Alongside that, we delivered a busy programme of Counterbalance, Reach Truck and Bendi training across Birmingham and Peterborough, plus onsite training for clients in Aston, Derby, Leicester, Dudley and Corby.

🏆 Another year. Another RTITB Annual Audit. Another ZERO shortfalls. ✅ 💯

We’re incredibly pleased to announce that 4KS Forklift Training has once again successfully completed our RTITB Annual Audit with ZERO shortfalls.

Today, we welcomed Mark George, RTITB Auditor, to our training centre for our annual audit and we’re proud to say that, just like in previous years, we maintained the standards expected of us. 🎉

For us, this isn't simply about passing an annual audit. It's about maintaining high standards every single day in our training, our instructors, our processes, our equipment, and ultimately the experience we provide to every candidate.

Consistency is something we take seriously. Year after year, we strive to maintain the same level of quality.
