From Combined Counterbalance & Reach Truck courses to High Level Order Picker training, it was another varied week helping both new and experienced operators gain valuable RTITB accredited qualifications.

Training Centre
Our Birmingham centre remained busy throughout the week delivering:
- RTITB accredited Combined Counterbalance & Reach Truck Novice courses
- Counterbalance Novice training, including candidates from the UK's largest vehicle manufacturer
- Reach Truck back-to-back conversions for candidates progressing from previous week's combined courses
- Counterbalance Refresher training
- Counterbalance Experience courses

A great mix of novice, refresher and progression training, with many candidates continuing to build on their existing qualifications.

Last week, our instructor Olly was onsite at a fruit producer in , delivering a VNA Novice course with an additional Counterbalance Conversion.

One of the candidates, Callum Ward, had never operated either trucks before. Here's what he had to say after successfully completing his training:

"I have never operated any trucks before, but with the VNA and Counterbalance training I have received this weekend from Olly, I am now confident and comfortable driving these vehicles. Olly's training manner is absolutely fantastic. He’s calm, professional, and explains everything in such great detail. He’s an amazing trainer."

Another Bank Holiday Monday... but it certainly wasn't a quiet start to the week at 4KS Forklift Training.
