Hi everyone. A qu**ky quick update on July classes here, because it's moving quickly.

Wednesdays at Graft, Kings Heath. Baby Massage at 11.30am is now full.
Baby Yoga at 10.00 still has space, that one suits babies from around three months up to crawling and beyond, lots of movement, some songs, time built in for you too.

Fridays at Wild Fox, Solihull. Baby Massage at 10am, four spaces left.
Smaller babies, from a few weeks old up to before they're really on the move. You learn the strokes properly over the four weeks, the ones that help with trapped wind and the unsettled evenings

Booking is on Humanitix, link in the comments. Message me if you'd rather ask anything first.

These classes aren't just about the massage or the yoga.

Yep, we learn gentle ways to support your baby's development, movement, relaxation and connection.

But they're also about you.

A warm drink. A chat. Feeding your baby without feeling rushed. Being in a room with other mums who are navigating the same stage of motherhood.

Alongside baby massage and baby yoga, we gently explore topics like sleep, feeding, crying and the realities of early motherhood too.

I'm chuffed to have created a calm, supportive space for both of you.
Booking open now - link in comment

Hi Solihull mums!

The next four weeks are now open for booking on Humanitix. Starts monday 6th July 10.30 am, Baby Massage with postnatal wellbeing.

We're 2 weeks into the current Baby Massage course at Wild Fox.
Settling in well! I love teaching there its a perfect spot for you and the babes.

Did you see my reel?

If you've not been before, it's out at Box Trees Farm in Hockley Heath. Underfloor heating (and lovely breeze on these warmer days), soft lighting, the kind of room a small baby actually settles in.

You learn the massage strokes properly over the four weeks,
the ones for trapped wind, unsettled evenings and helping them sleep a bit longer.
There's time built in for how you're doing too, not just the baby. It suits babies from a few weeks old up to before they're really on the move.

Six spaces, kept small on purpose so everyone has room and the babies aren't overstimulated.

Link in the comments if you'd like to book, or send me a message if you'd rather ask anything first.

Hello Solihull! I'm Aimee.
I've been running baby classes and hypnobirthing in South Birmingham for a few years and I'm really excited to be bringing things to Solihull now too.
I run Baby Massage and Baby Yoga at Wild Fox Yoga, Box Trees Farm- Friday mornings from 22 May. Small groups, calm, built around your baby's nervous system and your own postnatal recovery. Not overstimulating or rushed. Just a genuinely good hour for both of you.
Brilliant for wind, colic, unsettled sleep and building that early bond as well as supporting your baby's physical development and regulation

I also run Hypnobirthing for Her in Kings Heath practical, in-person birth preparation for anyone due August onwards.

Nothing woo or ridgid. Just understanding what's actually happening in labour so you can think clearly when it matters.

If you're pregnant or have a young baby and want to know more drop me a message or follow my page for updates.
Really happy to be here.

A mum sent me this in a message.
She came to baby massage as her first class after having her baby. First time leaving the house alone with him. Didn't know anyone.

She said she walked into a space that was "genuinely nurturing and kind. A room where everyone around me understood."

That's what I'm bringing to Kings Heath and Solihull. A local space where you don't have to explain yourself but feel like you can.

Baby Massage starts Wednesday 20 May in Kings Heath and Friday 22 May in Solihull.
Link in bio to book.

- Aimee’s baby massage class was the very first class I tried, and it was a big step for me. Just my baby and I, leaving the house alone for the first time.

It gave me so much more than I expected. A chance to build my confidence, to connect with my baby, to learn how to get out the door on time!

Little did I know i would be walking into a space that was genuinely nurturing and kind.

A room where everyone around me understood. Even if I was having a hard day or celebrating a new little milestone, the support was always there.

Thank you for being there right from the start.

(Uh 😢 💕)

Hi Kings Heath 👋
I'm Aimee. I live here and I run Nurture & Wild, my birth and baby business.
I've been running baby classes and hypnobirthing courses in Kings Heath for a while now and I wanted to introduce myself properly.
I offer Baby Massage, Baby Yoga and Mindful Mama for babies 0-9+ months, and hypnobirthing for anyone preparing for birth.

Everything is rooted in how your body and your baby's nervous system actually work. Practical, no fluff.
Classes run on Wednesdays, next ones start 20 May.
If you're pregnant or have a young baby, feel free to message me or check my fb page. I'd love your support and will be growing my page a little more soon so follow me there for updates.

You arrive.
You find your mat.
Your baby is cuddling you or finishing their nap.
You have a biccie and sweet herbal tea (or maybe some fizz?)

A small group of mums doing the same thing.

We start gently.

The same way.
Your baby's nervous system responds to the predictability

You'll learn top-to-toe massage strokes and movements, each one designed to support physical comfort, circulation,
and the developing bond between you as you tune into their cues

And for you?
Baby being adored number one

Breathwork. Mindfulness. Postnatal wellbeing woven through. Sleep. Naps. Birth. Feeding. Maternal identity. Hormonal shifts.

The mums who come back again and again ( 💕 ) tell me they feel nurtured, calmer and supported.

Baby Massage and Baby Yoga, Kings Heath and Solihull.
Both now open for booking.
Link in bio or DM BABY for details.

A few mums missed sessions this term,
And a few know already they can't come due to holidays (and still booked- thank you ❤️ )

Maybe you can't make them all

If you miss a class in the block
You get to make up the session

I’d love to invite you along to Baby Yoga free of charge

I’m keeping the group very small so it still feels calm, cosy and gently held.

And I will hold a mat free at each class for you to make up for a missed session of Baby Massage OR Baby Yoga

Just message me if you’d like a space xx
