Changes ahead!

Reduced schedule from August to allow more time to spend with Billy!

From August the only yoga classes I’m teaching are:

Monday 6pm Ashtanga at
Thursday 6:15pm am Ashtanga
Last Sunday of the month 5:30pm Ashtanga full primary series at Barefoot Birmingham

Personal Training at will resume in September on Fridays only (waiting list for new clients - sorry, all full!)

Sad to be dropping my classes at for now - I will return!

Retreats in Herefordshire in November and Majorca in May/June are still going ahead as normal.

I am in a very fortunate position to be able to reduce my workload to allow me to be a full-time dad and spend some real quality time with Billy (and of course).
