An excellent time at the JMAC course today. Looking at shuto stance with Sensei Peter Hill, jukuren with Sensei Arthur Meek, and a variation of Basai kata with Sensei Tomiyama, who also gave us a brief history of karate. A very insightful and interesting afternoon.
