π΄ββ οΈ Pirate Day at Nursery! π΄ββ οΈ
Our children enjoyed a wonderful day of pirate-themed activities, using their creativity to make their own eye patches before heading into the garden for an exciting treasure hunt.
Through imaginative play, the children developed their communication, teamwork and problem-solving skills while having lots of fun exploring together. It was fantastic to see their enthusiasm and excitement throughout the day.
A great adventure was had by all! βοΈβ¨

Activity Startwell Dice!βοΈπ³ππΌββοΈ
Last week in the garden, the children enjoyed our Startwell cube activityππΌ. They took turns rolling and throwing the Startwell dice, which introduced them to a variety of fun movements such as hopping, clapping, skipping, and even pretending to sleep! After each roll, the children waited for the comment to be read out and all joined in eagerly!π It was lovely to see them laughing with each other and being imaginative as they discovered different ways to move around the outdoor space and what each Startwell character stands for! The children also displayed lots of sharing and taking turns with one another. It was a very fun and exciting afternoon!π₯°

This week Preschool have been really intrigued in what the builders are doing next door, inspiring them to become builders themselves! We focused on safety and the proper use of tools and they did an amazing job at listening and grasping the importance of staying safe while using tools. Well done Preschool!π
