200 LEARNERS. ONE NEW LEVEL 3.

It’s official. Swift’s brand new Level 3 Early Years Educator apprenticeship is now live, with 200 learners already enrolled.

There are some important changes to the new apprenticeship, including the removal of End Point Assessment and a new approach to assessment within the programme.

But we haven’t changed things simply for the sake of change.

We’ve kept the parts of the programme we know work, while looking at how learning and assessment can better reflect what it actually means to become an Early Years Educator.

COFFEE, CAKE AND A GREAT CAUSE

This morning, the Swift team got together for Macmillan’s World’s Biggest Coffee Morning.

There was plenty of coffee, plenty of cake and plenty of good conversation, all while helping raise money for Macmillan Cancer Support and the vital work they do supporting people living with cancer.

It’s a simple idea, but one that brings people together and can make a real difference.

And let’s be honest, getting the team together over coffee and cake is never a bad way to start the day!

A big thank you to everyone who brought along something to share and helped make the morning such a lovely one.
