If you treat someone as he is, you are making worse.
But,
If you treat them as you think they should be, they will finally become what they can actually be!
Treating people as they ought to be - Viktor Frankl

Is robotics making people's cognition lazy?
Are people learn better ways to social loafing because of over-relying on artificial intelligence?

Robotic helpers leave humans switched off | BPS
Anyone who’s participated in a group project will know that teamwork doesn’t always make us more efficient. In fact, can actually lead to so-called social loafing, where our motivation to be productive decreases and we start to rely on others to carry us. Taking our foot off the pedal like this ...

Kahlil Gibran's poem on 'Fear'
Dare to be the ocean...
------------------------------------
It is said that before entering the sea
a river trembles with fear.
She looks back at the path she has traveled,
from the peaks of the mountains,
the long winding road crossing forests and villages.
And in front of her,
she sees an ocean so vast,
that to enter
there seems nothing more than to disappear forever.
But there is no other way.
The river can not go back.
Nobody can go back.
To go back is impossible in existence.
The river needs to take the risk
of entering the ocean
because only then will fear disappear,
because that’s where the river will know
it’s not about disappearing into the ocean,
but of becoming the ocean.

“Trust is about influence.
A lack of trust brings manipulation.”
---Elyse Wampler
Telling your people different things and sometimes contradictory according to what they want to hear to make you likeable is the definition of loosing leadership power in the long run.

Telling kids they're superior doesn't build self-esteem. It breeds narcissism.
Research: narcissists don't suffer from a lack of love. They're the product of parents with inflated views of them.
Healthy parenting says "you're special to me," not "you deserve special treatment."
--Adam Grant (from his tweet 23/05/23)
Wish every parent reads it and does their best to apply to their children immediately!

Not everything we think that matters in our life is actually controllable.
Worry only for those things your are in control of.
The rest are of others' concern...
