Donna, our Parent Partnership Lead, understands just how busy family life can be and that parents and carers don’t always get the opportunity to meet, chat and spend time together.

That’s why Donna loves planning weekend family trips and special events — creating opportunities for our Fairytales families to connect, make memories and enjoy time together outside of nursery. 💕🌿

Our family trips have included visits to the beach, fire station and so much more, with lots more exciting adventures to come!

Ready to lead a team? Join Fairytales today!

We’re looking for a dedicated Deputy Manager to join our team as a maternity cover for 18 months, helping to support the day-to-day running of our nursery.

What you’ll do:
🧑🏫 Support with the development of our curriculum
👩💼 Assist the Manager with day-to-day operations, and managing more junior staff
🏫 Promoting the nursery to help maintain good enrolment levels
🧼 Monitoring hygiene and cleanliness standards among the children
📱 Maintaining regular communication with the parents

What you’ll need:
✅ Minimum level 3 childcare qualification
✅ Experience working with babies and children ages two months to five years
✅ Experience dealing with Ofsted inspections (preferred)
✅ A solid work ethic and good leadership skills
✅ An Enhanced DBS check

A huge thank you to Claire from Litterwatch, who came to visit Fairytales Nursery today to talk to our children about the importance of putting our litter in the correct bins and caring for our environment. 🌍♻️

Claire also encouraged our children to get creative and make their very own shakers using recycled materials. 🎶💚 It was a fun and educational experience, helping our children learn how small actions can make a big difference!

At Fairytales Nursery, we had a wonderful week celebrating International Literacy and Language Week and sharing our love of books, stories, reading and communication. 📖❤️

We believe that reading to your child every day is incredibly important. It helps to develop their imagination, language and understanding of the world around them, while building strong foundations for learning.

Through the magic of stories, songs and conversations, we can help our little ones flourish and thrive as Confident Communicators. 🌟💬
