Places available in the new term of Lazy Daisy active birth classes starting on Tuesday (16th October) at Mere Green Community Centre, Sutton Coldfield.
7-8.30pm.
£54 for a term of six classes.
A unique weekly antenatal class where you learn breathing & relaxation techniques whilst moving and stretching out those common pregnancy aches and niggles. Please share with pregnant ladies !

I'm taking bookings for my next term of baby massage ( the last one of this year ! ) and for the postnatal mum and baby yoga class. This terms baby massage was very quickly fully booked so if you'd like a place on the next baby massage course and or the postnatal mum & baby yoga course please let me know.
