A few activities that took place this week 😊

Under the sea 🌊

Fine sand / working together

Finding bugs after breaking through iced jelly

Making foil boats 🚢 🚢 🚢

Strengthening our hands and working on our fine motor skills 🤏✋️✊️🤚

We squashed foil into balls and matched the amount to numbers 1 2 3 4 5

We worked on our fine motor skills by using our finger and thumb to pick up small balls then we arranged them into colour order .

Friday was Miss Nicole's last day with us as she moves on to further her career with children x
Staff and children will miss her very much as she has been an important part of our team for the past 18 months .
The children enjoyed drawing on miss Nicole's uniform / making farewell cards and had a little dance with her at the end 😊
We enjoyed party rings and a lovely cake bought in by Nicole with her trademark saying MISSING YOU ALREADY 😊
Miss Nicole cried all day but assured everyone she will be coming back to visit on a regular basis 😊

This week we set our beautiful butterflies free 🦋🦋🦋
The children have thoroughly enjoyed the process of metamorphosis and will take away great knowledge of the butterfly cycle 🦋🦋🦋
