Established in 2004 and based in the West Midlands, we have trained actors and stunt professional from all over the United Kingdom and have choreographed fights for professional and amateur theatre companies, student projects and various film productions. Our aim is to improve the accuracy and quality of training in performance combat throughout the entertainments industry.

Huge congratulations to our Stage-4 Screen Combat students on officially completing their training! 🎬⚔️

Reaching Stage 4 took an incredible amount of discipline, precision, commitment, and hard work. Your dedication to safety, performance, and training has definitely paid off, and was on full display by the end of the course. Over all four stages, you’ve moved from foundational basics through to high-stakes cinematic storytelling, and it has been a pleasure to watch that growth.

Many of you are already putting this training to work on film and TV sets, and we have no doubt the rest of you will follow suit. The industry is always on the lookout for action talent of your calibre.

A massive thank you to Instructors Adrian Fear (.adrian) and Matthew Tyler who helped to guide them through the training, and a special thanks to all the fight assistants who stepped in to support the courses.

Sword & Shield Masterclass:
Sword and shield is a really popular fight system used on both stage and screen. This masterclass explored techniques from Asian Sword & Shield historical manuscripts and how to integrate them into dramatic routines. Thanks to everyone for your hard work.

This two day intensive will focus on the three most important and most commonly used screen combat disciplines - unarmed combat, dagger fighting, and swordplay. Course includes spotlight approved certification on completion.
