Some people join a team and take a while to find their footing. Brighton found his in what felt like no time at all, which says everything about the heart he brought with him from day one.

Two years ago, Brighton joined our amazing team and brought a big heart to it, along with his skills and a willingness to learn the why behind everything.

He'll tell you that doing your best used to feel like enough, until Access Skills taught him that doing right by staff, learners, and tutors is what actually matters. That shift, from working hard to working with purpose, is the mark of someone who was always going to grow into something special here.

Today is World Su***de Prevention Day

And we are pausing to stand in solidarity with everyone who's lost a loved one to su***de.

Today, you don't owe anyone your story. There's no right way to feel, and no right way to mark the day. It's okay to sit with it quietly, log off, and do whatever makes you feel better.

To our learners, care employers, and the entire care community who support people through some of their hardest moments, we are thinking of you as well.
