It was lovely to catch up with many familiar faces, even though many of us work together in the Jewellery Quarter, it's amazing how we go so long without seeing each other.
I bumped into one of my first ever students, who was then an 18 year old called Marie, Marie has gone on to have a long and sparkling career as a gemmologist in the JQ, and now runs the brilliant Chalmers Gems ✨
