🍍 A FANTASTIC FREE MUSIC GAME FOR YOUNG PIANO STUDENTS 🍍

I love sharing great resources I find, this pineapple matching game comes from Hoffman Academy

🎵 How to play:
Each pineapple is split into 3 pieces:
• 🍍 Middle slice = the note written on the music staff
• 🎹 Base = what that note looks like on the piano keys
• 🔤 Leaf top = the letter name of the note

I set a 2-minute timer and challenge my students to match every note perfectly — staff → keys → letter name. It’s fast-paced, fun, and such a great way to build those vital connections between written music, the keyboard, and note names!

This is the fun, stress free way children learn and remember note names so much faster. No more mixing them up, no more boring drills, just simple memorable matches that stick in their heads straight away.

It takes the frustration out of learning, keeps them excited to take part, and builds solid confidence right from the start. Before you know it, they’ll be naming every note all on their own! 🎶

Today our little pianist completed a Space Mission by finding every C on the keyboard! 🌟 Using astronauts and fun games makes learning piano exciting, memorable, and builds confidence from the very first lesson.

When children are having fun, they’re learning without even realising it! ❤️
