Kumon Harborne Study Centre

The Elite Conference is an opportunity for the top 50 Instructors in Europe and Africa to get together and share the good practices from their centres, and to learn more about how to support their students to work more efficiently on their Kumon journeys.
This year the Elite Conference has been held in the beautiful city of Bucharest, and I have been honoured to be part of the Elite Instructor body.
Thank you to all of the Instructors in attendance, for sharing your insiteful practices, and fantastic company with me and ultimately my staff and students.

Kumon is not all about the maths and English, it is about having the confidence to try something new. In this spirit I am currently playing in a softball tournament in Spain with KSSCC. Such a great tournament with great organisation and wondetful teamship shown by all 14 teams.

The Kumon Harborne staff are more like a family than work colleagues and as such it is always very sad when a member of the team leaves for pastures new. Laiba has been with us for two years and has been invaluable every Saturday morning marking student work and assisting where needed. We're so sad to see her go, but wish Laiba all the best with her A'levels and Uni. Thank you Laiba for all that you have done. You will be missed, and welcome back any time. 💗

It's always an incredible honour and invaluable opportunity to learn from another Kumon Instructor. This weekend, Instructors from Swindon, Paris, Bruxelles and I spent the day in Athens learning from Evangelia. We attended class; observed her monitor student completing her Kumon sheets; watched a diagnostic enrolment; and then had a detailed feedback meeting and discussion. Absolutely shattered, but so worthwhile.
As a perfect end to an incredible day we all got together and enjoyed a delicious dinner accompanied by live music.
