π§ πͺ Helping every child thrive through movement
Monty Olding from Wired for Movement got delegates thinking differently about behaviour, learning, and how children experience the world around them.
Through interactive activities and practical demonstrations, delegates explored how dominant eye and dominant ear theory can influence focus, communication, and comfort in different environments.
Monty also highlighted the connection between mindset, mental imagery, and physical performance, showing just how closely the mind and body work together.
A brilliant reminder that behaviour is often linked to physiology, and that understanding children better helps us create more supportive and inclusive environments π
Thank you to Monty Olding for such an engaging session.

Happy Pride Month π
At Aspire, we believe every child, young person, colleague, and community member deserves to feel safe, welcomed, valued, and free to be themselves.
Pride is a celebration, but itβs also a reminder of the importance of belonging, respect, and inclusion in every space we create.
This month, and every month, we stand for individuality, kindness, and a community where everyone is welcome.
