On 9th November, our schools came together to celebrate the Annual Function on Iqbal Day, a day honouring Dr. Allama Muhammad Iqbal, the philosopher-poet whose vision inspired the creation of Pakistan.
This year, all schools gathered at Allama Iqbal School (AIS) Islamgargh for a vibrant joint celebration. The event featured inspiring speeches from students, senior staff, and invited guests, all highlighting the value of education, dedication, and community.
We were delighted to have Superhands Chairman Abdul Qayyum Chaudhary representing the UK team and attending the ceremony in person.
Recognising Excellence
A key part of the day was celebrating the achievements of both students and staff:
Student Awards: Prizes were presented to students who excelled academically, showcasing their hard work and commitment.
Staff Awards: Staff members were also honoured, particularly those from AIS Dina and AIS Islamgargh who dedicated extra time to supporting high school students through their matriculation exams.
Each year, a special award is given to one outstanding member of staff. This year, the honour went to Principal Malik of AIS Islamgargh. His leadership has consistently produced exceptional academic outcomes, including:
Outstanding matriculation results, with local colleges actively competing to admit AIS Islamgargh students.
Two AISI students ranking top in the Azad Jammu & Kashmir region Genius Minds Competition.
A warm, family-like school environment where students and staff thrive.

We are delighted to share some wonderful news about our students at Allama Iqbal School Islamgargh and Allama Iqbal School Dina. Several of our young people, who have been with us throughout their school life, have now taken the exciting next step into higher education.
Our AISI students achieved outstanding marks in their matriculation exams this year, drawing the attention of many local colleges who were eager to welcome them. After much consideration, they have been admitted to the prestigious AJK Group of Colleges in Mirpur.
In recognition of their exceptional results and dedication to their studies, AJK Group of Colleges has generously offered them free admission, a testament to the hard work of our students and the supportive environment created by Superhands.
This milestone not only reflects the determination and resilience of our students, but also highlights the life-changing opportunities that education continues to open for them.

Success Story - Sajida
At just ten years old, Sajida has faced more challenges than most. After her parents’ separation, she moved with her disabled father and four younger siblings to live with her widowed aunt. With her father unable to work, Sajida took on household responsibilities, leaving little time for her own childhood. Struggling with exhaustion and low confidence, she longed for a brighter future.
That future became possible when she was admitted to Allama Iqbal School in Dina, supported by Superhands Charity. With access to free education, books, uniforms, and school supplies, Sajida finally had the chance to learn, grow, and dream again.
Today, she can read and write in English, solve maths problems, and recite the Holy Quran - achievements she never thought possible. She has gained confidence, made friends, and even performed in front of audiences, something she once feared.
Her dream? To become a teacher and uplift others through education. Thanks to your support, Superhands Charity is changing lives, one child at a time.

We would like to share this inspiring short essay written by class 10 student Seemab, about her hobby. This kind of transformation is only made possible by your kind support.
My hobby is reading. I love collecting books and immersing myself in stories. Books take me to interesting places. I meet interesting characters through them. Through books I read about great personalities as well and get inspiration. I enjoy exploring various genres from fantasy and mystery to science fiction and historical fiction.
Reading stimulates my imagination and helps me build my vocabulary. My sisters and I have also made a book club. It allows us to share and exchange ideas about the books we read. Reading isn’t just a pastime, it’s a lifelong learning journey that broadens my perspective.
Building a huge personal library is my dream. One day I will fulfil it. Reading gives me a delightful escape. My hobby of reading not only entertains me but nurtures a love for lifelong learning.

We are proud to report excellent results from our Class 10 students at both Allama Iqbal School Islamgarh (AISI) and Allama Iqbal School Dina (AISD) in their recent matriculation exams.
The Matriculation exam (commonly called "Matric") is a nationwide examination taken at the end of Class 10. It is a crucial academic milestone that determines eligibility for college-level education and often shapes a student's future opportunities. Students are examined in nine subjects, and success in these exams is highly regarded.
This year, 21 students from AISI and AISD sat for the exams. We are delighted to share that every student passed, with just one student needing to resit a single subject. Results at AISI were exceptional - all students achieved A or B grades, with three students achieving A+ grade.
This is a testament to the hard work of our students and the dedication of our teachers.
These young learners are overcoming significant economic and social barriers, and their achievements inspire us all. We are committed to continuing to support their journey toward a brighter future.
Thank you for being part of their success.

Proud Moment: AISI Students Shine in Regional Genius Minds Competition 🌟
We are delighted to share some uplifting news from Allama Iqbal School Islamgarh (AISI) that highlights the incredible potential of the young people you so generously support.
Two of our students recently took part in the prestigious Genius Minds Competition, a regional academic event organised by the Azad Jammu and Kashmir Group of Colleges. Open to college-level students across the Kashmir region, the competition showcases the brightest young minds in both science and arts subjects.
We are proud to announce that AISI students achieved exceptional results in the Arts category:
🏅 Noor Fatima – 1st Position
Received a cash prize of Rs 20,000.00
🥈 Muqadas Yasmin – 2nd Position
Received a cash prize of Rs 15,000.00
This is a remarkable achievement for these students, both of whom come from low-income families. Competing — and excelling — at this level is a testament to their hard work, talent, and the quality of education they receive at AISI.
We couldn’t be more proud, and we hope you share in this joy. Your continued support helps create the kind of opportunities where students can believe in themselves and thrive — even on the biggest of stages.
Thank you for standing with us and for making success stories like this possible.
