Procrastination or just a waste of time?
Do you procrastinate?
What a word, pop a name to something and we can accept that itโs a real thing and that its ok to have itโฆ. But ohhhh what a waste of time.
Scrolling on social media โ a waste of time
Playing those stupid games that before you know it youโve lost an hour โ waste of time
Looking in the fridge for the 10th time โ waste of time
All your doing is wasting the time you wanted to have by becoming self-employed, you wanted the freedom to do what you wanted, you wanted the freedom to be you, no restrictions and a dayโs work done with satisfaction that it was for you.
But, how many times do you end your day with, 'what a waste of my day', 'Iโve done nothing' hey, but thatโs ok you have procrastination so it canโt be helped.

You have to believe that you are capable and able to build the business you dream of. You need to show up as the real you and be consistent.
Don't allow negative Nellie to destroy you, remember all the things you have achieved before and all the things you want to achieve.

Sometimes we need to take our ideas back to basic, we can be going down one route and miss the turning because we can be to focused on one thing.
When i have a new idea, goal, plan, project, (whatever you want to call it) i always do a mind map - the end goal in the middle and everything that you think you need to be doing to get to that goal around the outside.
Then break them down even further into really small steps.
By achieving the small steps it will get us further to the bigger goal, small achievements will keep us going.
You may already do this, but sometimes its nice to be reminded of a 'how to'

Gratitude:
Gratitude journaling is the habit of recording and reflecting on things that you are grateful for on a regular basis.
What you are doing is rewiring your brain to focus more on the positive aspects of your life and build up resilience against negative situations.
We've had a cheeky trip away and I am so grateful for the sea, sunshine and relaxation.
We all need some time to recharge out batteries.
