The FSA has today published a new Science Report by its Chief Scientific Adviser Professor Guy Poppy. In his seventh Report, Professor Poppy looks at the Food Hygiene Rating Scheme (FHRS), and its impact on food safety especially where the scheme is mandatory.

This is very good news for us and we will continue to keep our regular customers up on 5 stars with their hygiene ratings.
