Wow! What a day that was! Thank you to everyone who attended our 10th Anniversary Celebration Day today at the MAC, Birmingham. And special thanks to all of our presenters! You were all wonderful ❤️ We're so lucky to have such a wonderful, supportive Mindfulness Now community. Thank you everyone!
