I write on behalf of Tide~ Trustees to thank you for all the work and all the support you have given to Tide~ global learning over the years. Much has been achieved – there is much to do that I am optimistic that others will take up. Also, many of you are making on-going use of your own Tide~ experiences.
The new website, that will be launched before the end of this year, will be an archive for Tide~. But more than that, we hope to feature short reflective pieces that enable people to link past projects with current debates about educational change.
You and your reflections are key to this.
Please think about what you could offer.

It would be good to keep in touch.
We will send an occasional newsletter, [Max 2-3 times a year].

“All of us will take Tide~ forward in different ways.”Diane Swift spoke at the last Tide~AGM. Following it, she wrote reflecting on her Tide~ experience, stimulating our aspirations for the Archive idea. This short piece is the first ‘ETA Reflection.’

How can ETA build an archive to share material that might be useful for others: one that contributes to sustaining learning from Tide~, enables debate about the implications for teachers and questions common assumptions about curriculum control? Contact https://forms.gle/t8P1kbQET1pTxxAD6
