The School disco has been cancelled due to a few different reasons. Sorry to all the people who have volunteered.

Hello everyone as you are aware we are looking to have a valentines disco on the 14th Feb.
The teachers have parents evening this week so we won't have much help from them- so I really need some support in running the event. Please come and help make the event special for the kids. If we don't have enough volunteers we won't be able to run the event.

A big thank you for all your support over the last year and thanks to those who attended the AGM last night. I know this will be a successful year and I wish the new team the best of luck.

AGM this Tuesday at the school library at 8pm. Everyone welcome.

We've had a very successful year raising over £10k for the school. So far we've committed to buying another set of iPads, and outdoor play area for the nursery, a yearbook for year 2s, and have funded various workshops, treats and equipment.

What's going to happen next year though?

We've send out a letter asking for help. It's great to have helpers during events BUT we need help to make these events happen. They take an amazing amount of time, energy and organising but we can't do it on our own. Without more helpers the current PTA Team will not be able to continue, and there will be no disco's, Xmas or summer fair, raffles, treats or funding gifted to the school.

We are looking for helpers in the following are:
➢ Sourcing of prizes, drinks and goods for events
➢ Running a stall
➢ Organising games & stalls (Baking, creating games or prizes)

Did anyone leave an umbrella and rain jacket? They were left in the quiet area at the summer fair.

What a brilliant day yesterday. It looked like everyone had lots of fun. We've picked the winners for the cake competition, colouring competition, name the rat, class who sold most raffle tickets and toss the wellie. The kids will find out tomorrow at school and receive their prize.
Thanks to everyone for your support and making it a fabulous event.

We have an amazing stall for you on Saturday. Bannatynes Health Club and Spa have 3 therapist on site during the summer fair. They will be offering mini treatments for a donation to the school. Such as, nail painting, Indian head massage, hand and arm massage etc. Check out their stall and book in for A treatment. All proceeds go to the school, to help raise money for a PA system or a set of iPads etc.

The teachers have done a marvellous jobs putting together an amazing picnic basket of goodies. I will be selling raffle tickets outside school tomorrow afternoon it you want a chance to win it along with, mini spa day for 2 or tapas and a flamenco show. Good luck.
