Today in the Ducklings we are celebrating David Attenborough's birthday as we learn about our theme of the month 'Life Cycles'. We are playing with animals and talking about where they live, we are reading animal stories, colouring pictures and much more!

We are celebrating our 25th year anniversary today with a party for staff and children. We would like to thank all families, past and present, for your continued support

This morning the Ducks have been experimenting with colours. Using their hands to create marks then with their friends mixing the colours together to change the colours.

In the Ducks we are exploring lots of roleplay. We are using the hairdressers to expand our social skills and motor ski!is by using brushes and scissors. As well as widening the Ducks vocabulary and cultural understanding.

This morning in the baby room we have been doing lots of balancing practise with our stepping stone fish 🐟 we've been working together holding our friends hands and helping one another 😁

Today in the Ducklings room, we're being doctors and nurses, looking after each other and seeing patients. The children are enjoying calling each other in from the waiting room and using a range of doctors tools to make each other feel better.

This morning the babies have been doing lots of moving with this large floor colouring activity 🎨 we spoke about all the different crayon colours and practised our shapes 😁

Today in the Ducklings we have been making Kindness potions to learn about our theme of the month 'Kindness'. We used acts of kindness for others and for ourselves as magic words as we added our magic ingredients.

Our theme of the month in the baby room is seasons 🌈 we loved making these hand print trees for each season of the year 🌳we spoke about all the different colours on the trees and got very messy 😁
