Here is the 39th USKA Fight Factory 'Combination Of The Week'.

The Weekly Combinations will feature various Kickboxing, Boxing, K-1, Low Kick and Continuous drills on the Pads, Bag and in Shadow Boxing format with a slow motion break down followed by an example of full flow ex*****on.
We hope you will find them useful and a good training aid to help you with ideas to practice.

This Combination is presented by USKA Junior Coach Julia Glowacz and Assisted by USKA Junior Coach Sami Kelly.

We are proud to announce that our May USKA Ninjas Student of the Month at the USKA Fight Factory is 6 year old Keyaan Yaqub Ali!

Keyaan has shown steady improvement in his training and is really starting to come into his own now feeling comfortable and confident within his Martial Arts.

Some students need constant encouragement to raise their effort levels… but Keyaan has never been one of them. From the moment he steps onto the mats he gives everything 100%, attacking every drill, race and challenge with fantastic energy and enthusiasm.

Blessed with an impressive athleticism, Keyaan is consistently one of the quickest during our warm up relay races and has shown great ability when performing some of the more advanced jumping and spinning kicks within the Ninja’s syllabus.

Now proudly holding the rank of Ninja’s Purple Belt, Keyaan has just one belt remaining in the Ninja’s program.

He is also well on the way to attaining his USKA Ninja's Gold Dojo Award which is a fantastic achievement.

30-05-26 - USKA Ninjas STAR STUDENT WINNERS - MAY 2026

It’s been one of those months at the USKA Fight Factory where it feels like everything possible has been thrown at us in an attempt to disrupt momentum.

Half Term holidays, Bank Holiday weekends, scorching temperatures and Eid celebrations have all landed within the same period, yet despite all of that our Ninja’s have continued to show up consistently, work hard and remain committed to their development and improvement.

May has actually turned into a record breaking month for Dojo Awards, with barely a class going by without one of our Super Ninja’s earning a certificate for their hard work, focus, attitude or improvement.

We’ve also introduced a number of brand new session plans and class formats over the course of the month, and it’s been brilliant to see how well the Ninja’s have responded to the fresh challenges and new drills.

When it came to our Star Student Awards, the boys narrowly edged the battle this month with 20 awards compared to the girls’ impressive 11 awards. That said, every single Ninja has contributed towards another fantastic month at the club and the effort levels across the board have been outstanding.

Onward and upward now as we head into June looking to build even more momentum and continue raising standards together.

We presented two Dojo awards this morning on our USKA Ninjas class at the USKA Fight Factory.

First 6 Year old Abdullah Ali was awarded his USKA Ninja's Bronze Dojo Certificate for his effort in picking up 50 Dojo Points on his weekly classes.
Great work Abdullah, onwards and Upwards as we work towards Silver!

Finally we were very proud to present a Platinum Dojo Certificate and trophy to 8 year old Mahtab Ali Malik for his effort in picking up 200 Dojo Points on his weekly USKA Ninjas classes.

We presented three fantastic awards this evening to a trio of our phenomenal USKA Ninjas at the USKA Fight Factory.

First 6 Year old Alaia Abdul Aziz was awarded her USKA Ninja's Gold Medal following eight Star Student Stickers on her USKA Ninja's Classes.
Well done Alaia on a great achievement!

Next we were excited to present a Bronze Dojo Certificate to 6 year old USKA Ninja Abaan Choudhury for his effort in picking up 50 Dojo Points on his weekly classes.

Here’s Part 1 of a behind the scenes look at our Thursday evening Intermediate class at the USKA Fight Factory from a few weeks back.

The focus of the session was on delivering fast, sharp and powerful combinations one after another whilst still maintaining strong technique, balanced stances and disciplined guards throughout. As the pace increased, the challenge became not just throwing the techniques correctly but doing so consistently under pressure and fatigue.

The class responded brilliantly with great effort, concentration and energy from everyone involved. What makes it even more impressive is that many of these students are still only on their first and second grades, yet already showing fantastic potential and developing some really exciting skills.

There are definitely a few future stars beginning to emerge from these classes… so remember the names now because the next generation of USKA Kickboxing Champions is well and truly on the rise.
