Well done Kelly, we are all so pleased for you!
Fantastic news from one of our graduates that had a fully funded gym instructor and personal training qualification funded entirely by Government
I just wanted to say thank you to Ben and all the guys at Sportwise Training, I completed the level 2 gym and level 3 PT course with them in April this year. Just as we were heading into lockdown.
Firstly I have to say although not quite sure what to expect before hand, not only was the way we were taught really good and everyone I was on the course with supported we also had a lot of fun, and this made the learning so much easier.
What was really good was there were a mix of ages and different backgrounds but everyone was included and made to feel like they can achieve from day 1 and this was so important.
What I didn’t expect is how much this course would help me, having successfully completed the course as the country went into lockdown meant looking at my options and what I could do with my new qualifications.
This led me to look at further training that I could use with or add on to my PT training and after some research applied to university to go and train as an Osteopath, being able to put my level 3 PT qualification and learning on my application form really helped.
And having started my training I have found the knowledge around anatomy and physiology learnt on the course with Sportwise has given me a great foundation to build on, I think I’ll be forever grateful to Skillwise and Ben for setting me on the path to my future!
Well done Martin!

Happy New Year To All! ✨
At Sportwise, we're off to a great start today with a new group of learners ready to begin their fully funded fitness qualifications. For some, this qualification is a completely new start or a real push in the right direction and we're thrilled to be apart of their journey.
What have you started this year so far? What will you push for in 2020?

With the new year approaching, we all tend to reflect on the year we've had so far and what we could of done differently.. or the things we didn't do at all 😅 Whether it was an aim to save more or the desire to start exercising, we all think it but does it just end there?
Well one popular method to build habits is called the 21/90 rule. The rule is simple; Commit to a personal or professional goal for 21 straight days. After three weeks, the pursuit of that goal should have become a habit. Once you've established that habit, you continue to do it for another ninety days.
Have a think about some habits you could pick up to improve, even some you might want to stop, it doesn't hurt to better yourself! 👍🎉
