A big well done to our latest members into the 500 club.

500 sessions is a massive achievement and a reflection of years of consistency and commitment to training.

These members are juggling busy careers, family life, kids, holidays, setbacks and everything else life throws at them, yet they continue to make time to show up for themselves.

Not every session is perfect, and not every week goes to plan, but over time it all adds up.

They’re proof that long-term consistency matters far more than short bursts of motivation.

Congratulations to everyone on reaching 500 sessions, and thank you for continuing to be such a valued part of our community 👏

Thursday = coach development day

Every week, our coaches get together to learn, share ideas, and prepare for upcoming classes.

With Strict Ring Muscle Ups coming up tomorrow, we spent some time breaking down progressions and scaling options for every ability level.

The goal isn’t to get everyone a muscle up, but to make sure everyone knows what they should be working on and gets the right challenge for them.

There’s a lot more than just the hour on the gym floor that goes into great coaching, and we’re always striving to improve as a team and deliver the best possible experience for our members.
