I sit on these benches at school and it's no fun if you are sat on these! But what are they actually for ???? Come on give me your suggestions!
Setting small realistic goals and making small changes in your life works much better, I'm setting myself goals at the start of each week to move forward personally, mentally and professionally.
I've had a difficult time mentally over the last few months, probably wasn't the best time to start a business if I'm honest, however, I got in touch with a life coach and I have been following his programme, it may sound like a cliche but it's the best thing I've ever done, I am feeling better mentally and hoping to move forward with my business a little more. Thanks for sticking around guys and remember always check on those around you, believe me we can seem really happy on the outside but it's a totally different matter inside.
The things children say definitely make me smile, a child to me yesterday "Mrs Nolan you work so hard you should have 2 house points and move up to gold!" 🤣🤣🤣
Do body combat class they said, its fun they said, yeah now I'm going to need help getting out of my car !
