We are a driven, dynamic society, offering a fantastic opportunity to learn more about the wonderfully rich religion of Hinduism (Hindu Dharma) whilst providing great social interaction with other university students. We are a part of the National Hindu Students’ Forum (NHSF UK), established in 1991, the largest Hindu student movement across the country with over 45 affiliated Universities. As one of the largest societies on campus, we hold a vast variety of events throughout the year. We have plenty to offer and are keen to make sure that Hindu Society feels like your 'home away from home!'
We strive to Preserve, Practice and Protect Hindu Dharma...from weekly interactive aarti to Diwali celebrations. A huge Holi celebration and tonnes of Sewa opportunities - we are keen to promote the values of Hinduism in a fresh, modern way! Join us and come take part in sports competitions, fashion shows, dance classes, and many more...you're bound to change your university experience, learning lots and making some great friends along the way!
