I’m always conscious of sharing “lesson summaries” as it’s impossible for one class to really cover everything that we train one a regular basis. But I have made a start in sharing these online for anyone who maybe interested to see how we approach our lessons. I (with ai assistance) have tried to expand on the less formal internal notes I keep; which I hope will add some context. PS - this is largely inspired by reading Jamie Clubbs’s diaries, so if you haven’t seen them, I’d highly recommend you have a look!
