It’s always fantastic to see our team continuing to develop their skills and expand their knowledge, and John has done exactly that by successfully completing his 2396 Design, Er****on and Verification qualification.

As a tutor, John leads by example, demonstrating that learning never stops and that there are always opportunities to grow and progress.

A well-deserved achievement, and one we’re incredibly proud of.

Welcoming Lisa Trotter to BET ✨

On HR Day, it feels especially fitting to introduce Lisa, who has joined BET as our new HR Manager.

Lisa brings over 30 years of experience in Human Resources, with a strong background in the manufacturing sector. Before starting her family, she held the role of Head of HR & Safeguarding at Aston Villa Football Club, adding a wealth of senior-level expertise to her career.

Outside of work, Lisa enjoys reading, going to the theatre, travelling, and spending time with her family and dog.

Her knowledge and experience will be a fantastic asset to BET as we continue to grow and strengthen our team.

At Birmingham Electrical Training, we have a number of out-of-work electrical apprentices who are ready to join employers immediately.

These candidates are trained, motivated, and prepared to step straight into site work.

Welcoming Andrew Kessler to the Team 🔌

We’re pleased to welcome Andrew to BET as our newest Electrical Tutor.

Andrew brings with him over 30 years of extensive electrical experience and knowledge, which will be a fantastic addition to our tutor team. His industry insight will play a key role in supporting and developing our apprentices.

Outside of work, Andrew enjoys walking his dog, driving his cars, and going on holidays.
We’re confident Andrew will be a great fit and a valuable part of the team.
