Run by the Community Wardens in partnership with University of Birmingham, Junkbusters allows you to donate your unwanted items at the end of the year without cluttering up the streets of Selly Oak.

Fixed‑term student contracts stay the same 📄​
Rolling tenancies used in private renting don’t apply 🔄​

They follow their own possession processes instead of the Act’s rules 🔐​
