🇧🇷✨ FORRÓ & FLAVOURS — A SPECIAL ONE! ✨🇧🇷

This October, we’re bringing a little piece of Minas Gerais to Birmingham as we welcome Alice & Lucas for a very special edition of Forró & Flavours! 💃🕺

Both coming from the renowned Pé Descalço school in Brazil, Alice & Lucas bring years of dancing, teaching and training other dancers to the floor.

Lucas has been immersed in Forró since his teenage years, going on to become a teacher, examiner and coordinator, while Alice progressed through Pé Descalço to its highest level before becoming a teacher and examiner herself. 🇧🇷✨

Between them, there’s a wealth of knowledge in technique, musicality, expression and connection — and we’re incredibly lucky to have them sharing some of it with us in Birmingham! 🤩🎶

🍽️ And before we hit the dance floor, we eat!

Join us from 12pm at BrasilPortu for lunch and enjoy some delicious Brazilian food, drinks and good company before the workshop begins. 🇧🇷😋💚

Because Forró & Flavours is about more than dancing — it’s about bringing people together through dance, food and Brazilian culture. 💃🍴🎶

🇧🇷💚 What a beautiful day at the Brazilian Food Festival Birmingham! 💃🕺

We had such a wonderful time sharing Forró, dancing together and introducing some new faces to this beautiful Brazilian dance. 🎶✨

A huge thank you to everyone who joined our taster class — your smiles, energy and enthusiasm made it so much fun! 🥰

And a special thank you to for inviting Forró Birmingham to be part of such a vibrant celebration of Brazilian culture. 🇧🇷💛

Good music, delicious food, amazing people and, of course, plenty of dancing… what more could we ask for? 😍
