Our MAT is seeking an experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead our vision of social justice through exceptional schools.
As COO, you'll oversee our Central Services Team, drive our ambitious growth strategy, and support the Executive Principal (CEO) in strategic development. We're looking for a proven leader with a strong track record in operational efficiency and a deep understanding of central support services. You must have a passion for working in areas of high deprivation and be keen to improve the life chances of all the young people in our Trust.
