Graduate Recruitment Consultants / Graduate Sales Managers. Smile Education is a west midlands focused education recruitment agency established in 2009. We specialize in placing teachers and support staff in schools. We have worked hard to establish our brand in the area and have increased in size and profitability year on year. As a team Smile Education are hugely passionate about our business and have enjoyed watching it grow and taking responsibility for success. We are looking for 3 graduates to join our team in Recruitment Consultant roles with a training programme tailored to suit individuals with the ultimate aim of becoming Senior Recruitment Consultant or Sales Manager.
This is a sales focused role where the successful graduate consultants will be given a geographical area of schools to manage either in the primary or secondary sector. They will take full responsibility for developing business from these schools through a variety of methods including phone calls, face to face meeting and marketing. They will also recruit a pool of teachers, interviewing face to face and completing a strict safeguarding procedure.
