We are currently looking to recruit an experienced admission/customer service manager to join our team. An admission/customer service manager is expected to perform the following duties and responsibilities:
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Make sure that students get the proper guidance in terms of their university admission; Make every complicated admission procedure simple and straightforward. We love to take all the responsibility and make our clients hassle-free admission. Keep up to date with University admission deadlines. Call potential leads and convince them to visit the office. Assist students with student finance applications. Guide students to choose the right course. Arrange meetings with sub-partners and make them happy to work hard and efficiently. Visit different communities and arrange a meeting so that new leads can be found. Order flyers and banners according to university advice and distribute them to different channels. Do online and offline advertising.
Requirements: At least one year experience as a Manager or an Assistant Manager of any education institute or recruitment company. Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team. For foreign candidate: English language skills at CEFR level B1 Ability to work well under pressure

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent (40 hours per week) Salary: £26500 per year.
