A Level Results Day is this Thursday!

School will be open from 8am 🕗

Staff will be available to celebrate with you and discuss your results. We will also be there to support you with decisions and next steps.

Our Sixth Form offers much more than academic support…

At the end of term, our Sixth Form students took part in a First Aid course to enhance their personal development 🩹🩹

We hope our Year 11 students are enjoying a much deserved break! ☀️

We’re looking forward to see you all on GCSE Results Day on Thursday 20th August from 8am. We’ll be on hand to celebrate as well as give support and guidance to students who are waiting to confirm their next steps!

We’re also running a Drop in Sixth Form Enrolment event on Tuesday 25th August to support with these important decisions after students have had time to digest their results.

St George’s Sixth Form is a great place to continue your educational journey - whether you’ve been with us a while or you’re considering us for these next 2 years, we’ll support you to do your very best!

Following their study of Shakespeare, Year 7 students enjoyed their visit to Stratford Upon Avon during Enrichment week.

The English Department complete this annual visit as part of the Summer Term curriculum introducing students to Shakespeare’s works, life and times.

We visited Shakespeare’s Birthplace and New Place where we learnt lots of interesting facts about Shakespeare’s life. We also made the most of the glorious weather by enjoying our lunch and ice creams by the River Avon.

During the summer term, Year 7 students enjoy Shakespeare!

This year they have been getting creative with their homework projects… their designs and models of the Globe theatre have been very impressive and some, very tasty!! 🍰

Well done for all of their efforts!

After fantastic success regionally, St George’s took part in the Padel National Schools Finals last week.

It was a great team effort with quality play certainly holding our own against well established teams.

We look forward to continuing to develop Padel at SGSE building on our weekly sessions at Moseley Padel on enrichment afternoons.
