πŸ” What is Teacher Leadership?
It's more than a title; it's a mindset. Teacher Leadership is the art of inspiring, guiding, and influencing not just students but also fellow educators and the entire learning community. 🌐✨

πŸ‘©β€πŸ« Beyond the Classroom Walls
True leaders don't just teach; they lead by example. Teacher leaders extend their impact by collaborating with colleagues, sharing innovative practices, and fostering a culture of continuous learning. πŸ€πŸ“š

πŸ’‘ Igniting Passion for Learning
Teacher leaders are torchbearers of passion. They ignite a love for learning that extends far beyond textbooks, nurturing curiosity and creativity in their students. πŸŽ“πŸ”₯

🌈 Building a Community of Learners
In the realm of Teacher Leadership, collaboration is key. It's about building a community of learners, where knowledge flows freely, ideas are exchanged, and everyone has a voice in shaping the educational journey. πŸŒπŸ—£οΈ

🌱 Cultivating Future Leaders
At the core of Teacher Leadership is the belief that every student has the potential to be a leader. By nurturing skills, fostering critical thinking, and instilling a sense of responsibility, teacher leaders are cultivating the leaders of tomorrow. πŸš€πŸŒ

πŸŽ“ QTS is focused on qualifying individuals to teach in state-maintained primary and secondary schools, while QTLS is focused on qualifying individuals to teach in the post-compulsory education sector, including further education and adult education settings. The requirements, assessment processes, and purposes of these qualifications are tailored to their respective educational sectors.
πŸŽ“ Holders of Qualified Teacher Learning and Skills (QTLS) status who are members of the Society for Education and Training (formerly the Institute for Learning) to teach in schools as qualified teachers without undergoing further training or assessment.
Maintained schools who recruit a teacher with QTLS and active membership of SET must pay them as qualified teachers on the relevant pay scale and treat them as if they hold QTS for the purposes of performance management, pay progression etc.

The choice between a regular degree and an online degree depends on your personal circumstances, learning preferences, and goals. Regular degree education offers a traditional, immersive experience with face-to-face interactions, while online degree education provides flexibility and convenience for self-paced learning. Both paths can lead to successful careers, so it's essential to evaluate your priorities and choose the one that aligns best with your needs.
