Happy Halloween 🎃

Our children across the nursery have been taking part in lots of Halloween themed activities throughout the month of October.

We’ve been busy making pumpkins, toffee apples, collaging and carving pumpkins 🧡

Today our Rainbows and Butterflies children had a fantastic afternoon at their Halloween party.

They had lots of fun decorating shortbread, exploring pumpkins 🎃 dancing to Halloween music, dressing up, exploring the spooky water play, making shapes with the play dough, taking part in Halloween party games and having a party tea 🧁

Thank you to all of our amazing and hard working staff for planning such a lovely activities for the children today 🧡

Children celebrated National Rabbit day by creating Rabbit mask.

This week, our children across the nursery have been busy baking lots of delicious treats to raise money for Sunny Days Childrens Fund 🍰☀️

Sunny Days helps children under the age of 18 with a wide range of adverse medical conditions. Funds raised help to provide respite, day trips, medical equipment, hospital travel and making children’s remaining time as comfortable as possible 💛

So far we have raised £111.95!

Our employee of the month for July is Josie 💕

Josie is a very hard working member of staff who cares for all of the children in the nursery. Who is very flexible helps out in all the rooms.

Graduation 🎓 2023

Wow what an amazing event thank you to Jess & Molly

We like to wish all our class of 2023 a wonderful start in their new journey to school 🎒

Here are some lovely pictures of Rainbows at Twycross Zoo where they explored and learnt about lots of different animals.
They really enjoyed the Gruffalo Walk where they met the Gruffalo and gave him massive cuddles. 🦍🐒

Today, we had a lovely visit from our local fire station where the children enjoyed and explored the inside of the fire engine.
They also had a go with the water hose which they really enjoyed and found exciting.

Over the past couple of weeks, Rainbows have had a lovely time watching and learning about our caterpillars 🐛 which have grown into beautiful butterflies 🦋
Today we set them free and Rainbows enjoyed watching the butterflies fly away. 😃

This weeks children have taken part in 🐝 bee week.

The children in Rainbows and Butterflies have been focusing on hobbies and interests. The staff have created lots of exciting and enriching activities for the children.
