- Work with 50-60% of your 1 Rep Max;
- Move load as fast as you can;
- Keep focus on form;
- Get 8-12 Sets of 1-2 Reps;
/ Give time and watch your deadlift explode!

/ Really good for strengthening those elbow tendons while isolating triceps without using shoulder to help. 🦍
/ Do 4x25 to activate that tricep pre bench.
