Recently, Stephanie, a Birmingham campus student, had the opportunity to attend the Global Connect Academic Research Conference. An inspiring event that brought together students, researchers, and academics to share ideas, discuss emerging research, and explore the power of global collaboration in education and innovation.

The Student Relations team created a supportive and reflective space at the London campus for University Mental Health Day.

Students were invited to share messages, thoughts and personal reflections through interactive boards, opening up conversations around connection, community and the importance of looking after mental wellbeing. From recognising how common feelings like loneliness can be, to encouraging honest and open dialogue, the day was a reminder that no one has to navigate university life alone.

Creating spaces like this helps foster a campus culture where wellbeing is prioritised, voices are heard and students feel supported every step of the way.
