Embracing the power of support at Moseley School and Sixth Form!

Ibrahim, who soared to Oxford to study Medicine after leaving Moseley Sixth Form in June 2023, was recently back at school.

Ibrahim came back to run a workshop to support future Medical and Russell group applications prepare for University interviews.

Well done to our Year 9 girls basketball team, for their brilliant efforts in a recent basketball competition. They won one of their three games in a very tough competition, demonstrating superb teamwork and resilience throughout the tournament.

Today, our Year 7 students learnt about the many job-roles available at Moseley School and Sixth Form. Students had presentations from 4 members of staff about their current role within school and the previous jobs they have done.

On Wednesday 4 of our Year 9 students had the opportunity of a lifetime, to perform as part of Azaad Dhol Ensemble at the Royal Albert Hall.

Today, we join The Moseleians Association for our annual act of remembrance, at Moseley School and Sixth Form, to remember those who suffered injury or lost their lives during conflict.

Yesterday the whole school held a two minute silence to remember those who have lost their lives during war.

Recently, our Year 11 boys' football team triumphed at the Birmingham Cup! After 3 draws, they needed to win the final against Small Heath. With 2 mins left, Abdulahi Haji and Yideg Adisu set up Shaheed Sam for the winning goal and they clinched the tournament. They were incredible on and off the pitch, a credit to Moseley school. Well done, lads! πŸ†βš½πŸ‘

Recently, we had the honour of presenting a generous donation to the Birmingham Children's Hospital and Charity. This substantial sum of Β£1,354.02 was raised through our remarkable charity events held at the end of the summer term. The funds will make a significant difference in aiding the healthcare of the children in our city. Our heartfelt gratitude goes out to all the students, families, and staff who generously contributed to our charitable cause.
