THE FLOW OF THE MASSAGE RUNS LIGHTLY WITH THE FLOW OF THE LYMPHATIC SYSTEM, TO THE LYMPHATIC NODES.

THE LYMPHATIC NODES SHOULD BE GENTLY STIMULATED BEFOREHAND.

PULSES ON THE CORRECT POINTS.

I MEANT WELL I PROMISE 😄🙏🏽

I THINK AS PROFESSIONALS AT DELIVERING THESE TYPE OF TREATMENTS IT CAN GET FRUSTRATING WHEN WE SEE OR HEAR OF SOMEONE NOT GETTING THE TREATMENT THEY EXPECTED.

The reason its sad is because most are seeking help to feel better .
So its not a vanity treatment.
Some may have saved to help themselves on a wellness journey but because of the massage title they book the wrong thing .

So its just me being me and the concern that WE ARE THE PROFESSIONALS ITS OUR JOB TO LABEL THE TREATMENT SO ITS UNDERSTOOD TO THOSE OBLIVIOUS TO OUR TRADE .

They may have just read about it and thought... YES THAT IT NOT REALISING THE VARIATION IS HUGE.

I KID YOU NOT ..

HOW SHOULD A LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE MASSAGE BE DONE?

• Prepare/“open” the lymphatic pathways first
• Start centrally/proximally before working outwards
• Use light, gentle pressure — not deep or aggressive pressure
• Use slow, rhythmic and repetitive movements
• Gently stretch the skin rather than heavily rubbing it
• Follow the correct lymphatic pathways
• Direct fluid towards the appropriate lymphatic drainage areas
• Work in a specific, systematic sequence
• Incorporate diaphragmatic breathing where appropriate
• It should NOT be painful or leave bruising
• Always check contraindications and medical history first
Remember: harder pressure does NOT mean better lymphatic drainage.

... DO YOU FIND YOURSELF WAITING FOR MONDAY OR NEW YEAR , ONLY TO FIND ANOTHER EXCUSE TO DELAY GOING FOR IT AND BUILDING YOUR DREAM LIFE.

THIS WAS ME AND FINALLY AT 38 I DID SOMETHING ABOUT IT....

NOW AT 47 AND ALMOST A DECADE BEHIND ME THE ONLY REGRET WAS NOT DOING IT SOONER.
