Today, our whole school came together in a deeply moving Act of Remembrance. Our learners showed great respect and reflection, our Head Students delivered a poignant poem for the fallen, and Mrs Pilkington honoured the moment with a performance of The Last Post.
We were privileged to be joined by Mr Wade Lyn CBE DL, whose presence added great significance to the occasion. A heartfelt thank you to all at Yardley Primary School, including their learners who stood with us in unity.
We also extend our sincere thanks to Rev Tammy Tearoe and Rev Susan Larkin, and to Summit Trustees and Governors for their continued support.
Special thanks to our Executive Team and to Mr Neal from Yardley Boys’ Brigade, for attending.
Together, we remembered.

A brilliant weekend at Pgl Boreatton Park last weekend for our learners. Our year 8 Netball Team were crowned Team of the Tournament and our Year 9 girls reached the semi-final. Congratulations to all involved. Pictured on our new MUGA with Miss Johnson and Mr Clarke.
